Outreach activities with private sector

The Secretariat for Environmental Enforcement Matters has participated in spaces for promotion with business associations, companies and law firms to raise awareness about the submissions on enforcement matters, its requirements, procedure and features. The private sector can participate in the submissions process, even filing submissions.  

Some of these events have been organized and had the participation of members of the Chamber of Legal Services Directory of the National Business Association of Colombia (ANDI), the Colombian-American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Bogota, Medellin, Cali and Barranquilla, as well as the Council of American Enterprises (CEA). Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, some of these events were held virtually.
