Filing a Submission

Thank you for using our platform for the filing of Submissions on Environmental Enforcement Matters. This form will assist you preparing and filing an online Submission that meets the requirements set forth in Article 18.8.2 and 18.8.4 of the Trade Promotion Agreement.

You can make a partial filling and continue with the registration of your Submission at another time. To do so, do not forget to click on the "Save" button to resume your registration. Once you have completed the registration of your Submission, click on the "Send the Submission" button. The Secretariat will then assign a number and name to your Submission.
