Events with civil society in the regions

Description: In order to raise awareness of the Secretariat for Environmental Enforcement Matters and the public submission mechanism in the regions, during its first semester ofoperation the Secretariat organized and attended in-person outreach activities in Quibdó, Buenaventura, and Medellín (Colombia). These activities included the participation of the community and environmental leaders, members of ethnic groups, and public officials from environmental authorities. Additionally, the Secretariat organized in Bogotá meetings with members of civil society, including environmental NGOs.
